Description
6 GHz High Resolution Variable Signal Attenuator series are highly accurate, bidirectional, 50 Ohm digitally controlled step attenuator. It provides calibrated attenuation from 50 to 6000 MHz with a very fine attenuation resolution of 0.5 dB. It also offers a typical attenuation accuracy less than 0.5 dB over 90 dB of control range. The attenuators are easily programmable for fixed attenuation, swept attenuation ramps and fading profiles directly from either Ethernet or USB interfaces. It is a USB powered test instrument with a power consumption less than 300 mW which eliminates the need for external DC power supply. It offers 4 to 8 independently controlled channels providing an attenuation interval from 0 to 90dB as well as more than 75 dB isolation between channels. Its design maintains linear attenuation change per dB, even at the highest attenuation settings.
